SplashStreet creates promotional images for client marketing campaigns using AI image generation tools combined with professional design judgment. These images promote our clients' products, services, events, and offers to their customers.

2. AI Disclosure

SplashStreet discloses the use of AI in our promotional materials. MMS campaign messages that include AI-generated images are labeled with "Image Generated with AI" in the message text. On this website, AI-generated images in our gallery are identified by descriptive text accompanying the images.

We believe in straightforward transparency. We are not concealing our use of AI and we are not marketing AI as a feature. We use AI as a tool to create effective promotional materials for local businesses at a fair price.

3. What AI Is Used For

  • Creating promotional graphics, posters, and visual marketing materials for client campaigns
  • Generating design concepts and visual styles tailored to each client's business

4. What AI Is Not Used For

  • We do not use AI to create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
  • We do not use AI to replicate or impersonate real, identifiable individuals

  • We do not use website visitor personal information in our AI image generation process

5. Human Review

Every promotion created by SplashStreet is reviewed and approved by the business client before it is delivered to their customers. AI assists our creative process — human judgment governs what gets published.

6. Content Authenticity

SplashStreet preserves content authenticity metadata in generated images where technically feasible. We do not intentionally remove provenance data embedded by AI systems.
